Consumer Experience Survey
One of our goals this year is to be more mindful of our clients' experiences at RACS. To that end we've recently collaborated with faculty and students at W&L to produce a new client survey! The purpose of this study is to gauge your satisfaction with the services provided by Rockbridge Area Community Services (RACS) and to gather feedback on how we can improve your experience with RACS' services. Your participation in this survey will contribute to improving RACS' services.

Who is the survey for?
​​Any current RACS client over the age of 18 who wants to participate.

Is the survey voluntary?
Participation is completely voluntary. -
Is the survey anonymous?
The survey is 100% anonymous. Neither the students at W&L or our staff will know who participated. -
How do clients complete the survey?

How long is the survey?
The survey is designed to take about 10 minutes to complete. -
What if someone wants to participate but feels uncomfortable answering a specific question?
Individuals can skip any question they do not want to answer.

The survey will be available until March 11, 2024.
