Group Homes

Our group homes feel like homes, with welcoming common areas and comfortable bedrooms that can be individually decorated. Located in residential neighborhoods surrounded by trees, they provide an environment in which residents can thrive.

With us, adults with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to maximize potential for independence, be themselves, and engage with their communities while having round-the-clock support and supervision.

Our caring and fully qualified staff provide:

  • 24-hour-a-day on-site supervision year-round

  • Instruction and support with daily living skills and physical needs such as:

    • personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and laundry

    • social skills and communication

    • ambulation

    • participation in community-based activities

  • Opportunities to participate in supported employment and day support programming

  • Transportation in handicapped-accessible vehicles for work, appointments, social outings, and community engagement activities

  • Coordination with case managers, day programs, guardians, and caregivers to develop, monitor, and discuss individual progress toward goals in Individual Service Plans

  • Medication administration

  • Monitoring of health and medical needs, advocacy for appropriate care, and maintenance of routine care activities such as dental cleanings, annual exams, and routine tests.

  • Representative Payee Services

Our homes are:

  • Handicapped accessible

  • Well maintained and inviting

  • Open and staffed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
