Your First Visit:

On your first visit, you will meet with a member of our Emergency Services Staff for a brief triage process in order to gather information regarding your reason for seeking services. Our Emergency Services Staff will coordinate your linkage to the appropriate service provider at Rockbridge Area Community Services and /or other community resources. If you called before coming in, the information that you provided over the phone will be briefly reviewed with you to determine any changes before linking you to the appropriate service provider at Rockbridge Area Community Services and /or other community resources.
