Description of Program Services
Individual, Family, and Marital Counseling: Individual, family, and marital counseling is provided to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Therapists conduct a thorough clinical assessment focusing on areas that are identified in need of change. Together, the therapist and the individual, couple, or family designs a treatment plan to address their individualized goals. The philosophy of services is to provide treatments that are comprehensive and evidence based. Therapists offer their assistance in the areas of behavioral health issues, substance abuse, anger management, relationship problems, family conflicts, parenting skills, and school related problems.
Case Management: Case Management services are designed to assist the individual and family in evaluating and accessing identified treatment needs. The case manager assists in identifying needs and linking the individual and family to services to address their needs. The case manager is in charge if maintaining contact with the individual and the family, monitoring their progress, evaluating the effectiveness of services being provided, and helping to determine if additional services would be beneficial. Case Management services are offered to children, adolescents, and adults.
Psychiatric Services: Psychiatric services are provided to adolescents and adults who are assessed as being in-need of outpatient psychiatric care. A Board certified psychiatrist assesses the adolescent or adult in order to determine appropriate psychiatric care and follow-up, including medication management. These services may be provided in conjunction with other RACS services.
