Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance Mission Statement |
 |
Quality matters throughout the service delivery process. In order to satisfy customers, both internal and external, run efficiently, and maintain good public relations, RACS has a planned, systematic, documented approach to quality. This is accomplished through education, training, and support of employees; targeted data collection and analysis, and adherence to all Licensure standards and the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services regulations. Additionally, the Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance Department ensures HIPPA regulations are adhered to by providing the appropriate education for employees, appropriate safeguards in the workplace, and remaining current in the evolution of the law.
