Position #BRC07 - Residential Coordinator - Natural Bridge, VA
(FULL-TIME with excellent benefits)
DUTIES: Community Support services. Manage daily operations of Group Home for adults with developmental disabilities. Supervise staff, program development, provide supervision and training in independent living skills to residents. Must be willing to train and become a Certified Housing Manager since the facility is a HUD facility. Must be able to work flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend hours included. Must be able to physically assist adult with disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Bachelors degree. Three (3) years experience in MR services preferred.

Position #SH06 - CADP Clinician
(Full-time with excellent benefits)
DUTIES: Work within our innovative Child and Adolescent Day Program to provide in-school psycho-social treatment, coaching, and counseling with emotionally/behaviorally disturbed children in an elementary school in Rockbridge County.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree with one year experience working with children and adolescents in group settings; must be creative, energetic and flexible, and be willing to be a part of an excellent clinical team; valid VA driving license with safe driving record required. |

Position #JY01 -Clinical Services Outpatient Program Manager
(FULL-TIME with excellent benefits)
DUTIES: Responsible for the daily operations and overall management of the adult and child family clinical services unit, including MH and SA outpatient therapy services, child and adolescent case management services, in-home services, child and adolescent day treatment services and the Bath County outpatient clinic; provides limited direct services in all of these service areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree or PhD from an accredited college or university in a related human services field required; must be licensed as a clinical social worker, professional counselor or clinical psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia; minimum of 5 years experience managing MH, SA and emergency services. |

Health Planning Region 1 Initiatives Manager (Position #R0090)
Management position to develop, implement, and monitor regional initiatives for eight Community Services Boards, three State hospitals, and the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. Responsible for all regional programming including utilization management, hospital diversion programming, referral, community education and liaison, provider network oversight and communication, as well as financial/budget program responsibility. Position requires a thorough knowledge of services, programs, service providers, principles and practices applicable to behavioral health programs specific to mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse populations. Must have the ability to creatively develop solutions and strategies to resolve healthcare system issues/barriers for consumers. Ability to work independently and built consensus among regional parties to form recommendations for the Forum a priority. Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities in word processing, spreadsheets and database systems are required along with a good knowledge of consumer management information systems including clinical record management and reimbursement/billing functions. Experience and education equivalent to a Master’s degree in behavioral health required. Salary negotiable depending on experience / education from $50 - $60k.
Position will be accountable to the HPR 1 Executive Director Forum and will be housed at the CSB located closest to the selected candidate’s home area, with day-to-day supervision provided by that CSB.
