Qualifications: Graduate degree in a human services related field is required. Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia. Valid drivers license & excellent computer skills required. Five years experience in management & program administration required. |

Positions #AJ12 & #AJ13 - Mental Health Case Manager - Full Time
Looking for an independent, caring and creative individual to join a dynamic outreach team.
DUTIES: To promote and support the recovery process of individuals with serious mental health illness in Rockbridge and Bath Counties. Services include assessment, monitoring and linking to services, client and family education, advocacy and outreach.

Position #BRC10 - Overnight-Awake Residential Support Staff - Natural Bridge, VA – Full-time
Salary: $19K – 22K DOQ
Position involves working in group homes serving adults with intellectual disabilities.
DUTIES: Providing supervision and assistance during overnight hours; assisting with training in independent living skills, daily documentation, administration and monitoring of medications; moderate to heavy cleaning, some cooking, filing and basic computer skills. Occasional day/evening shifts may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Computer, organization, and communication skills strongly preferred; weekend and holiday hours; must be able to physically assist adults and lift 50 lbs. |

Positions #SH07 & SH08 - CHILD AND ADOLESCENT DAY PROGRAM CLINICIAN I
Full-Time with excellent benefits
DUTIES: Both positions will be assigned to a Rockbridge County School setting with one position assigned to an elementary school setting. A second position will be assigned to a middle school setting with our innovative Child and Adolescent Day Program to provide in-school psycho-social treatment, coaching, and counseling with emotionally/behaviorally disturbed children and adolescents. One of these two positions may be able to be considered as a 10-month position paid over 12 months that will adhere to the Rockbridge County School Schedule with summers off or opportunity to job share during summer as opportunities are available.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and at least 1 year of mental health experience with children and adolescents is required. Must be energetic, flexible, and willing to be a part of an excellent clinical team. Valid VA Driving License with safe driving record required. |

Position #MM01 - Maintenance Coordinator
(Hourly rate: $12.15 – $13.42 DOQ; excellent fringe benefits package)
Duties: Responsible for the overall day to day maintenance of RACS buildings and grounds, providing some maintenance tasks directly and utilizing contractors for other maintenance tasks as needed; continuing preventative maintenance programs, managing costs, and ensuring licensing requirements for safety and fire prevention are met. Required to exercise sound judgment; function with little direct supervision; rely on experience and judgment to devise procedures and methods; demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills.
Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D.; must possess and maintain a valid Virginia driver’s license and a safe driving record; must have adequate experience with building and grounds maintenance processes to perform required duties; ability to use computer for e-mail communication and planning. |

Position #WCM03 - Prevention Coalition Assistant - Part-time
DUTIES: The Prevention Coalition Assistant supports the activities and functions of the Prevention Coalition’s various prevention programs. General duties include, but are not limited to: organizing and implementing Coalition events such as health fairs, community festivals, etc; corresponding with community partners; creating, organizing and maintaining budget, data and filing systems; creating forms and databases including assisting with reporting for Prevention Coalition grants; assisting with development and distribution of Prevention Coalition information, projects, and products including brochures, displays, newsletters, etc; assisting with Prevention Coalition meeting management including invitations, agendas, minutes, refreshments, setup, cleanup, coordinating speakers, etc; inventory and ordering of Prevention Coalition supplies, and maintenance of Prevention Resource and Coalition Resource rooms.
QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of High School diploma and 2-5 years experience, including public relations and organizational management required. Prior experience in Prevention and Coalition work strongly preferred. |

Position #CB02 - Early Intervention Infant Services Provider/Service Coordinator – Full Time
DUTIES: The Early Intervention Services Provider and Service Coordinator functions as a member of the transdisciplinary team in the RAISE early intervention program for families with infants and toddlers who have developmental delays and/or disabilities or who are at high risk for delay. The RAISE early intervention program is part of the Infant & Toddler Connection of the Rockbridge Area.
Specifically, the Early Intervention Services Provider/Service Coordinator:
- Provides service coordination and, if eligible and assigned, targeted case management services (ID-TCM and MH-TCM) to children.
- Screens, assesses, and develops and implements Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Provides Part C supports and services (for example, Developmental Services) to families with children who are eligible for Part C.
- Maintains all appropriate documentation to meet RACS requirements, Medicaid and insurance requirements, and the requirements of the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia’s Practice Manual for Part C services.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet qualifications to be an Early Intervention Professional in the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia (see infantva.org – go to Providers, then Practice Manual – pages 133-137). Degree in early childhood, social work, nursing, special education, or related field required. At least one year of related experience is required and at least three years of related experience are strongly preferred. Valid VA’s driver’s license with safe driving record required.
Must have thorough knowledge of early childhood development, an understanding of disabilities and delay, skills in coaching parents, ability to work as a member of a team, and excellent paperwork and organizational skills. |
