Position #AD10 -Case Manager for Clients with Co-Occurring Disorders
New Case Management position developed to work with special populations: persons with co-occurring disorders and women with children and substance abuse disorders residing in Rockbridge or Bath County , Lexington or Buena Vista. T his position will focus on identifying persons who meet the service criteria who are receiving RACS services or who may benefit from services.  The incumbent will work with these clients to remove or overcome barriers to services with the RACS as well as to link clients to other community services.  The position is in the Adult Clinical Services Unit and is supervised by the ACS Manager.  Close working relationships with the ACS Clinicians will develop and this position will interface closely with the RACS Psychiatric Services and Case Management Services Units as well as other RACS services units and community agencies and resources. This position also will have a regional role, working with similar positions and programs, and will be instrumental in developing best practice models.  Required documentation must be thorough, accurate, and complete. Qualifications:  Master’s degree in a human services field and 2 years experience providing case management services to SA and/or MH clients or providing related services.  CSAC, CAC, or other nationally recognized substance abuse certification is preferred.  Current or past employment with a community services board a plus.  Must have proven ability to work with other professionals in the organization and in the community.  Must have basic computer skills and a valid VA driver’s license.

Position #FE34 - Residential Technician
FULL TIME and RELIEF -. Millboro.  Residential Technician to work in group home serving Developmentally Disabled adults. Duties include: providing supervision and training in independent living skills to mentally retarded adults in group home setting, teach residents; provide recreation opportunities, document services, administer medications. Must be able to work flexible schedule with evenings & weekend hours included. Must be able to physically assist adults and lift 50lbs. repetitively. Creative, interested, energetic, motivated. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent & experience in behavioral or health care field.  Work/volunteer/intern experience with mentally retarded & Bachelor’s degree preferred. Position #KL04 - Behavioral Counselor/Clinician I (CAFS Child and Adolescent Day Program)
FULL-TIME: with generous benefits.  Duties: Work within our innovative Child and Adolescent Day Program to provide in-school psycho-social treatment, coaching, and counseling with emotionally/behaviorally disturbed children and adolescents. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s degree with one year experience working with children and adolescents in group settings.  Must be creative, energetic and flexible, and be willing to be a part of an excellent clinical team.    

Position #KL05 - Intensive In-Home Therapist
FULL-TIME
with excellent benefits.  Child and Family Services.  Seeking one Master’s level therapist who is licensed eligible in Virginia as a LCSW or LPC to treat children, adolescents and families with mental health and substance abuse issues.  Position involves providing intensive in-home services for children, adolescents, and their families. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with one year clinical experience; valid Virginia driver’s license with safe driving record. 

Position # KS15 - Prevention Education Services – Prevention Educator
Part-Time Prevention Specialist – 25 hrs/wk.  Hourly wage commensurate with experience.  Position includes annual/sick leave benefits.  Duties include: Implementing K-12 school-based prevention programming addressing substance use, truancy, and violence areas; providing public information; coordinating with local schools and agencies.   QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in a related human services field is required. Possession of a Graduate Degree in a related human services field is preferred.  Some experience working with youth and/or in the prevention field is required. Must be organized, energetic, able to implement multiple programs and coordinate with schools and community resources.  REQUIRED: Valid VA driver's license with safe driving record.

Position #MD03 - Financial Operations Manager
Full-Time Position: The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight and administrative supervision of payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, purchasing, and building and vehicle maintenance. Qualifications:  four year degree in business, accounting, or a related field; three years experience in a business office management position, with preference for a health care or government environment; experience in supervision of staff; knowledge of automated accounting systems and spreadsheet applications is essential.

Position #MGS18 -MR Case Manager
FULL-TIME. Incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to adults with mental retardation in the catchment area of the Rockbridge Area Community Services Board. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelor's degree in human service field and three years experience, one of which is working with special populations.  Valid VA driver's license and safe driving record. 

Position #PF17 -Mental Health In-Home Services Provider Technician
PART-TIME: Provide in-home services in independent living skills training in the Mental Health Support Services Program.  Responsible for implementing the residential support services component of treatment plans for clients enrolled in Mental Health Support Services.  Provides training in locating, obtaining and maintaining a primary residence in the community in addition to training in the areas of independent living skills. This position requires flexibility with a work schedule of 30 hours per week maximum.  This work schedule requires the incumbent to work some evening and weekend shifts. Limited benefits.  QUALIFICATIONS: The incumbent must possess at entry level the following knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to an individual with a high school diploma and 5 years direct service and/or an Associate’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of one year’s experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of mental illness; QMHP/CPRP preferred.  A Bachelor’s Degree in a related mental health field is preferred.    Must have valid VA driver’s license with a safe driving record. 

Position #PF18 - Relief Van Drivers
PART-TIME, no benefits.  Transport clients in Board vehicles per programming needs.  QUALIFICATIONS:   High school diploma or equivalent, valid Virginia driver’s license, clean driving record.  Must be able to read and follow both written and oral instructions.
